A child with a diagnosed food allergy to peanuts was lacking an allergy emergency plan on file.
At the time of inspection an infant was found to be in a swing, when teacher was asked how long the infant had been in the swing, the teacher said the infant had been in there for 40 minutes. Infant was removed from the swing at the time of inspection.
The operation did not have current documention for fire drills for the month of March 2022 and the month of April 2022.

A medication form was signed authorizing the caregivers to administer OTC pain reliever in excess of the container dosing instruction on the bottle. This was corrected during this inspection when the operation agreed to no longer administer the medication with out a doctor note.
