Upon review of children's records, three children enrolled into care did not have the required health statement on file for review.
During the inpsection time, a caregiver was observed being a little rough with the children in care. The caregiver was observed to be pulling the children's arm, slamming down in a child, yanking items away from a child, and placing them down on their mats to sleep a little hard. This was also observed by the director. The caregiver was pulled from the class during the inspection time for the inspector to discuss these observations with her. The caregiver seemed to be more gentle with the child following this interaction.
At the time of inspection, no documentation for the required lock down drills were available for review.
The operation did not complete the required survey to indicate the number of employees that left the operation during the year 2022.
The vehicle used to transport children does not have a child safety alarm currently installed. The vehicle was purchased and has been in use since August 2022.
A fire extinguisher was also not present in the vehicle at the time of inspection.
The fire extinguishers in the facillity were last serviced in December 2021, according to the service tags.
