A model car play structure on the play ground has an exposed bolt where its tire has pulled away from the structure. on the same structure, there is a loose, broken wooden surface board on which children at play would step or stand. The is also an exposed stake protruding up 4 inches from the ground where the wooden bordering material has broken away.
