The playground had equipment with cracks in the plastic. The areas were covered with duct tape to remove the exposed pinch hazard. One trash can had layered food that was dried onto the bottom of the lid. This was scrubbed at inspection and dried food removed. The fence of the outdoor space had an extended bolt that needs to be shortened to reduce the likelihood of injuries. This was covered with a cup and taped to reduce the risk.
