Two classrooms were observed with fans and a television not mounted.
Staff were observed washing their hands after diaper changes, but the older infants were not having their hands washed in the hand washing sink after diapering or before eating lunch.
Multiple toddlers were upset due to various reasons and instead of comforting the toddlers, the caregiver instructed the children to "stop that" and "do you see anyone else crying" when they were crying. Additionally in the older infant classroom when an infant was upset and required comforting, the caregivers dismissed the child's crying and told them to "stop that".
Diapers that were disposed of in a shared bathroom for older children, were in a trash receptacle that does not have a lid and is accessible to children in care.
Diaper changes were conducted in the older infant classroom. Various diaper changes were observed and the infants and the staff did not wash their hands after any of the diaper changes. Additionally, the infants hands were not washed prior to eating. Staff were observed cleaning children's noses and also did not wash their hands.
Multiple diaper changes were observed and the sanitizing surface was not cleaned after the diaper changes surface. The surface is a hard surface that did not have wax paper utilized.
Gloves were not able to be disposed of immediately use it's use and a child was able to pick it up and place it in their mouth.
