Evidence obtained during the investigation supports the allegation that a caregiver did not use good judgment when they carried an infant to an area where a hot crock-pot was present causing the infant to be burned.
A caregiver was observed changing dipaers/pull ups and did not change their gloves or wash their hands between changing each child's dipaer/pull up. Additionally, this caregiver was observed having children sit on the floor while changing their pull ups.
