An 11 and 16 month old infants was sitting at the high chair table and was not strapped in. The straps were seen hanging by the infants feet. Note: A picture was taken of the straps hanging by the infants feet.
In the rocket, diamond and school age classroom bottles were not labeled. This was corrected at inspection.
