The deficiency was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver returned and combined the two infants that were in alone in classroom 2 with an infant in classroom 1.
Infants were observed in restrictive devices for more than 15 mintutes. The deficiency was corrected during the inspection when the caregivers moved the infants on the floor to engage in tummy time.
An infant did not have current feeding instrructions on file.
