Through dicussion and observation, it appeared that children haven't going outside for quite sometimes. There were not footprint or evident that children had play outside.

It was observed children watching a cartoon movie while waiting for lunch and during lunch.

It was observed that nails are protruding from the yellow slide and the green car outside on the playground.

It was observed that the black nylon liner on the outside playgorund exposed to the surface that can cause a tripping hazardt to children. It also observed that several broken toys outside that has share edges.
