Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers. Children at the center stated that an operational staff member hits the children on the hand as a form of discipline.

It was observed that several children sleeping on the floor without mat or cot.

It was observed by Occupational Therapist - Children were sitting for a long period without any activities.

It was observed by CVS worker - CVS worker heard a caregiver yelled "Shut up" at children.

Observed by Child Care Licensing Investigator - It was observed that a 16 year old male left in charge of a group of children. He was alone with children.
