During today's inspection, three teachers cared for 12 two-year-old children. The teachers were unable to establish proper behavior, and the classroom was chaotic. Several children were climbing on the tables, throwing toys, and running around the room. The teachers did not redirect the children.
Upon arrival, 6 children are in the office with the office staff which the area is for adult and teachers only.
During the inspection, the 2 years-old classroom children did not wash their hands before eating. The children were playing with the toys and on the floor.
During the walk-through, for p-k and school age playgrounds loose fill were observed low. It was measured only 2 inches.

By not checking the label, a caregiver was giving a wrong breastmilk bottle to a child.
