Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. The operation transported two three-year-old children; the operation only had one forward facing child safety seat on the vehicle available for use. The operation staff did not know the weights or heights of any the fifteen children ages 4 through 7 years old that were transported; the operation could not determine if these children required more than a safety belt.

Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. On 06/09/2025 the operation went on a field trip to a water park where there were twenty-four children with three staff members in the wading pool areas. The youngest children on the field trip were three years olds; the operation was over ratio by six children.

The infant classroom was observed to be out of ratio. Their were six infants with one caregiver. The specified age group was 12 to 17 months, the classroom was out of ratio by one child. Durinig the inspection a second caregiver stepped into the classroom to bring the class into ratio/group size.
