The operation allowed a caregiver to provide direct care to children in care prior to receiving a background check determination of, Eligible ; Provisional Eligibility with Conditions, ; or, Eligible with Conditions. His/her current status is pending. The director removed the caregiver and submitted a background request to clear the deficiency.
