The smoke detector in the room used by children was not in working order. This was corrected during the inspection when the batteries were changed. The smoke detector was tested and is in working order.

The primary caregiver only obtained 10 of the required 30 clock hours of training for the previous training year (9/2019 - 9/2020). Ten clock hours were used from the current training year and applied towards the previous trainiing year. The primary caregiver will need to obtain the following topics of training: 1. SIDS, shaken baby, and early brain development 2. Emergency preparedness 3. Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases 4. Administering medication 5. Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction 6. Understanding building and physical premise safety 7. Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials
