The following observed in the backyard: Broken slides, swings need cleaning, broken chairs, tables, water hose on the ground, dirty toys and furnitures.
It was observed that there was a tramplines in the backyard that accessible to children. It was also observed that there were various hazard items on top of the trampoline such as broken swing seats, metal containers, metal frames.
It was observed that there were too many hazardous on the playground that can harm children when they are outside. Such as no safety zone for swings and slikes, broken toys, furnitures, water hoses that accessible to children. Pictures taken during inspection.
