There were two people seen at the home without a cleared background check. -One lady left the home at the home at the time of inspection. An administrative penalty in the amount of 100% of the daily maximum, per HRC 42.078(a-2) will be recommended as a result of this citation. An additional penalty in the amount of the daily maximum will be recommended for each day past the Compliance Date that the deficiency is not corrected. It is your responsibility to notify Licensing when you have corrected the deficiency
There were mats seen at the home, but did not have the labels of the children name on the mats.
