It was observed a caregiver with provisional eligible with conditions alone with children. She was observed in a four year old class by herself. She also observed in the two year old class by herself when the other caregiver takes children to the restroom. She's also by herself when she took children to the restroom.
It was observed that there was no light in the bathroom. The light went out since April 19, 2024.

Upon arrival I observed the two year old class has 13 children with one caregiver. This was fixed during inspection by adding another caregiver to the room. I also observed a caregiver left the two year old room to go prepare lunch. Which left one caregiver with 15 children in the room. They're 4 children over child/staff ratio.
