Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. A parent expressed concerns to operation staff that a child was scratched by a caregiver when the caregiver moved the seated child away from another child after they kicked that child. The operation did not report to Child Care Regulation that there were concerns that a child was being disciplined in a manner that is prohibited by minimum standards.
