During inspection bleach wipes were observed in the reach of children. This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed them.
During inspection of the toddler 2's room a large hole behind the door was observed with loose drywall and insulation was visible and exposed to the children.
During inspection it was observed a food allergy posting included five children. Records were reviewed and three stated diagnosed food allergies without a doctors statement or signature.
During inspection a HASA was conducted and eight employee training records were reviewed and three were missing training on the six topics.
It was observed two infants were not strapped into the high chair table. This was corrected at inspection when cargiver strapped infants into the table.
