This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegations and found to be non compliant. After interviews with caregivers and viewing of a classroom video it had shown a caregiver was unaware a 2 year old child had left the classroom. The child was discovered by another caregiver 2 minutes later outside the office door. The center immediately took action by provided additional training to caregivers.
