Observed a nail sticking out from a picnic table, Green turf that is ripped causing a tripping hazards. I also observed a wooden house that had broken pieces of wood causing a concern for splinters. There were also metal stakes that were sticking up from the border of the playgrounds, which were corrected when they were stepped on to make them go back into the ground.
During the inspection, the caregiver stated that two of the children were under 12 months. Documentation was provided to show they were all over 12 months, during a follow up to another citation.
