During the inspection it was found that the fire drills were not being documented. This was corrected by the operation completing a fire drill and documenting the drill.

During the inspection it was found that the admissions forms were missing the following required documentation: date of admission, emergency contact addresses, health care provider statement, and special care statement.

During the inspection there were three bottles of grass/weed killer on the playground accessible to children in care. This was corrected during the inspection the director removing the chemicals.

The first aid kit was missing cotton balls.
