Information obtained during the investigation shows that a caregiver used inappropriate discipline with children in care by roughly placing a child in a chair and forcing the child's legs down with their hands.

Information obtained throughout the investigation shows that a caregiver did not use good judgment when they inappropriately picked up a child by one arm and moved them.
