There were 11 infants present in the infant room. This was corrected at inspection when the group was split between two classrooms.

During the inspection several holes that were approximately five inches wide were observed at the bottom of the exterior fence. There was a large nail sticking out of one of the railroad ties on the ground of the play area. The nail was removed from the border during the inspection. There was one holes were observed under one of the railroad ties where the ground had eroded.
