It was found during the inspection the operation had sippy cups/water bottles that were not labeled with the child's name. This was corrected at the inspection when the caregiver labeled them.
During an investigation, there was sufficient evidence to support that a child was left unsupervised in the classroom for approximately less than 30 seconds. This was corrected when the staff notified the leadership team and corrective measures were taken. The operation provided an all staff training on supervision the same day. The operation has also implemented paper name to face sheets to ensure staff are aware of their group at all times. Management is also conducting regular checks in the classrooms at least one a day to ensure staff are keeping track of name to face sheets.

Information obtained throught the investigation shows that a child was left unsupervised on the playground.
Information obtained throughout the investigation shows that an incident report was not completed and shared with the parents within 48 hours of when the incident occurred.
A 12 month old infant was found in the hallway, unsupervised for approximately 5 minutes.
During the inspection it was found that two children who have listed food allergies on their enrollment forms, do not have a food allergy emergency plan on file at the operation. One food allergy plan was corrected during the inspcetion when it was taken from the medication storage and added to the file.
