Three staff do not have a notarized affidavit in their file.

The director and caregivers do not have current annual trainings on file.

It was found during the inspection the operation had medication that was accessible to children. This was corrected when the director moved the medication out of the classroom.

It was found during the inspection the room the children were napping in did not have adequate lighting. This was corrected when the caregiver opened the shade on the door.

The operation did not have a current playground maintenace checklist or a consumer product saftey form completed. Both were corrected during the inspection when the operatoin completed the playground maintenance check by observing the playground. The operation then completed the consumer product safety form by checking the recalled items and signing the form.

Out of four children's files reviewed one was missing an emergency contact address. This was corrected when the operation called the parent to obtain the address and wrote it on their admissions form.

The emergency drills have not been documented since April of 2021.

The operational policies were missing written policies for suspension and expultion, insect and sunscreen, and gang free zone.
