A caregiver was observed diapering a child and allowing the child to go back and play without washing their hands.

Five caregivers did not have the required 24 hours of annual training.

A caregiver walked out of her classroom and left the children unattended briefly during my inspection.

The operation has did not have a current health inspection on file.

The last compliant fire inspection was observed to be completed in 2022. A fire inspection completed on 4/3/24 required corrections that are not yet completed.

Three of four personnel files reviewed were found to only have online CPR training certificates available for review. The in person aspect of the training was missing.

Three of 8 childrens' files reviewed were lacking a physician signed health statement.

The first aid kit did not have gloves or the guide to first aid and emergency care. The director was able to add both items to the kit to make it complete at inspection.
