A 12-month-old infant was sleeping in a bouncy seat during naptime. The infant was moved into a play yard after the provider was asked.
The providers swings do not have the required use zone to the rear of the swings. The provider stated that they are just going to take it out as it is getting old, and they don't want to deal with moving the structure.
