Corrected: Apr 4, 2025
The operation's playgrounds still have climbing structures and slides, but they still don't have any loose-fill surfacing or unitary surfacing material in the use zones. They said that Jessica said they can have it this way. I explained that I had spoken with Jessica and she says that the grass must be removed. I showed them the use zones in which the grass must be removed.
Corrected: Dec 13, 2023
Upon return to operation, they had still not removed the grass over the pea gravel loose fill as requested by both Jessica Leathers and myself.
Corrected: Dec 4, 2023
While the Director knew about the incident in which one child was alleged to have inappropriately touched another child and reported by email to her Licensing Rep, she did not call the hotline within the required two days.

It was observed that an outlet in the toddler bathroom and on the playground did not have safety covers. Second Director placed safety covers on both outlets.
Three out of the six children's records evaluated did not have an address for the emergency contact. The Second Director called all families and updated the file with the addresses.
There were 17 children and only one caregiver in a mixed age group of 2-4 year olds with a specified age of 3 years old.
A person who frequently visits the operation did not have a complete background check.
