A caregiver without current CPR training documentation was observed as the sole caregiver present during the inspection.

The permit holder did not ensure compliance with minimum standards was maintained when program management knowingly allowed a caregiver to be left alone as the sole caregiver at the site who did not have CPR or first aid training.

The governing body has submitted the required paper work for the new site-director which was assignex to this location in January 2023.

The operation has not had a designated Program Director for at least two months.

The programs display board with all required postings was not set up at the start of this inspection. The violation was corrected at the time of inspection.

Two child with a start date of 11/7/2022 do not have admission information on file at the site.

The did not have the initial permit posted. The tri-fold board which contains all required postings was not set up at the time of inspection.

The governing body failed to report changes to controllinger persons for this location within two days of the program and site-director no logner being present.

The Epi-Pen on on site was not in the prescription box with the child's full name and date received by the program.

The program has not conducted a fire drill since August, 2022.

One child in care does not have written allergy plan on file.

Based on the deficiencies site during this inspection, the governing body has failed to comply withe Child Care Licensing laws found under Chapter 42, Minimum Standard Rules, and rules under Texas Administrative Code.

Based on observations during this inspection, the one staff person does not have a clear knowlege of minimum standard rules.

The governing body failed to notify Child Care Regulation that the prorgram director and site-director for this location are no longer present.
