Two caregivers were observed washing children's hands with a baby wipe instead of washing with soap and water after a diaper change. This was corrected at inspection when it was addressed with the caregiver and proper handwashing procedures were followed.

The caregiver then removed the gloves and put on a new pair of gloves without washing their hands in between while assisting children with diapering/restroom break. This was corrected at inspection when it was addressed and proper handwashing procedures were followed. The director also plans to retrain staff in handwashing.
