The bottles used for cleaning were not marked with the name of the sanitizer being used. The bottles were marked with the room assignments only. This was corrected during the inspection when labels were made and added to each bottle.

The children in the 18-23 month old room were having snack at the table with straps attached. The straps were not being utilized to secure the children. This was corrected when caregivers secured the children in their seat with the straps.

1.A TV that was mounted on the wall had an extension cord which was accessible to the children in care. The cord could be pulled, making the equipment fall on a child. The cords must be made inaccessible to the children in care. 2.The fence, around the outdoor playground, was observed to have an area that was not attached to the ground. This caused a hole that a child could gain access. The fence must be repaired to make this area inaccessible.
