This standard was evaluated and found to be deficient. Caregivers failed to complete required name to face checks when taking children in from recess and a child was left outside.

This standard was evaluated in regards to a report and found deficient. A caregiver grabbed a child by the jacket to correct him when he continued to use foul language in the classroom.

During my inspection I witnessed a caregiver harshly grabbing a child's face when she was disciplining him on the playground. The director contacted corporate and the caregiver was sent home for the day.

The caregiver in the infant room did not know how many children were in her care at the time of inspection.

A child ran out of the classroom and was able to leave the building unsupervised.

The operation failed to report to licensing when a parent expressed concerns her child was being mistreated by a caregiver.

One of the 4 vans evaluated during the inspection did not have a First Aid Kit. The director corrected during the inspection.
