One classroom had a container of sunscreen accessible to the children in the room. The bottom of a portion of the fence on the prek playground had a hole approximately 6.5 inches dug under the fence. NOTE: The classroom with the sunscreen container placed the items on a shelf in the restroom out of the reach of children.

Two caregivers were observed telling children "no, don't", "I am counting to 2 and you better..", meal time was over and to hurry up.
One classroom had diaper creams and ointments accessible to children in the restroom. NOTE: Caregiver placed the container on a shelf out of the reach of children during the inspection.
On the middle playground, the mulch under the slide and monkey bars was compacted causing uneven depths of loose-fill material. There were two sit and spin toys that did not have any mulch around the equipment.
Infant room 3 had two out of three shelves were turned against the wall limiting access to the toys.
The fence that backs up to the residential homes behind the operation has numerous areas of Morning Glory vines growing that are accessible to children.
There are two areas on the front pre-school playground where the bottom of the fence can be pushed out potentially allowing a child to climb under the fence.
The operational policy handbook did not contain information regarding the promotion of active play to include the benefit, duration for age groups, type and required clothing.
Eight children, ages 12-18 mos, were observed sitting in bucket seats having snack. Safety straps were available in the seats but not secured around the children. NOTE: The caregivers put the safety straps around the children after being asked by the inspector.
The operational policies did not include information on how they will determine extreme weather criteria.
