The cords for an Alexa device and power cord were hanging from the windowsill in the younger infant room. In the Jack-and-Jill restrooms between rooms 3 and 4, a small spray bottle labeled Fabuloso was found in one restroom. In the second restroom there was an unused floor lamp resting in the corner of the restroom and a container of moisture eliminator accessible to children. NOTE: This is a re-cite regarding hanging cords. The caregiver unplugged the devices and moved the cords during the inspection.

Three classrooms were observed with electrical cords hanging at the level of the children. One room had an air purifier plugged in and was sitting on the floor. NOTE: During the inspection one room placed a shelf in front of the cord and a second room tucked the cord behind a nearby shelf. The air purifier was moved out of the reach of the children.
