There were multiple safety concerns found that posed a risk to child safety during this visit. For example: there was a bottle of 500mg Acetaminophen on a nightstand in a bedroom that the children were found sleeping in; there was a bottle of Downey Wrinkle Releaser spray and an aerosol can of Degree deodorant in bedrooms children were found sleeping in; there was an open bag of tools found on the ground in a bedroom children were found sleeping in, and there were multiple outlet covers found missing throughout the home. These were corrected at inspection when the children were removed from the rooms with the safety threats and outlet covers were replaced.

A four month old infant was found to be sleeping in a restrictive device that was placed on top of a king-size bed. During this inspection, the primary caregiver was the only caregiver present as her husband was not there. There were 2 infants and 8 children ages 18 months to 3yo, for a total of 10 children. The caregiver corrected this by having 3 children between the ages of 18mo-3yo be picked up by parents. She then came into compliance with 2 infants and 5 children ages 18mo-3yo.
