Observed 7 infants outside on the playground and the caregiver was inside the building with 3 other infants coming outside. The caregiver could not see the children outside. This was corrected when the caregiver went into the playground area.
During an investigation, it was found that the operation staff interfered with the investigation.
The operation has not had an annual fire inspection conducted in the past twelve months. The operation scheduled a fire inspection with the Bryan Fire Marshal for July 30, 2021.
