In the infant room. there was a tablet out playing a music video. This was corrected at the inspection by removing the tablet from the children's view.

Observed 15 infants in a classroom with 3 caregivers. The maximum group size for infants is 10. This was corrected when 5 infants were moved into the other infant room.
Observed an infant sleeping with a bottle. This was corrected when the bottle was removed from the crib.
Observed one infant sleeping in a car seat and observed another infant sleeping in a bouncy seat. This was corrected when both children were removed from the restrictive devices and placed in cribs.
Observed two infants sitting in rocker chairs. The infants were in the chairs at 11:30 when the inspection started and while going back to the infant room at 1:00, the same two infants were still sitting in the rockers. This was corrected when the infants were removed.
