During a walk through of the playground it was observed a hole in the middle of the walk area on the larger playground.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the allegation and found to be deficient. The operation did not notify the parent of a child in care immediately of suspected abuse.

During a review of the parent handbook, it was observed by licensing missing information regrading the promotion of indoor and outdoor activities.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the allegation and found to be deficient. The pre-k restroom tile floor was damage with exposed wooden flooring. The operation quickly repaired this and was brought into compliance.

While conducting a follow up inspection, it was observed by licensing a 2 1/2 inch hole in the pre-k hallway going towards the playground with a car inside.
