During an interview a caregiver admitted to not washing the children's hands after coming in from outside.

The caregiver did not use good judgment when she admitted to stating she was going to hurt a child if the child was not taken out of her classroom. This was corrected at inspection, when the caregiver was terminated from her position at the operation.

Based on the information obtained, the caregiver admitted to grabbing the child by the cheeks which results in the child crying. It was also determined through interviews that children did hear a caregiver call a child a "baby" in a non comforting way.
