The operation did not remove a caregiver from a situation when she expressed several times that she was having difficulty with a child in care. The child was removed from the classroom, but later returned and the child continued the behavior.

One child with a documented food allergy did not have a Emergency plan available for review in its file at the time of inspection.

Out of ten children files reviewed, one child was not current on its immunizations and two children did not have immunizations available for review at the time of inspection.

Out of ten personnel files reviewed, caregiver did not have the required content training available for review at the time of inspection.

After reviewing sign in and out sheets infants are being combined with children older than 18 months in the early morning.
