This standard was tasked for the investigation. Based on the information received during the investigation, the caregiver didn't notify the parent of the child's injury that required medical attention.
It was observed during today's walk through that a caregiver didn't wash an infant's hands after a diaper change. The caregiver was told to wash the child's hands and this was corrected at inspection.
Caregiver in the toddler room left children unsupervised when she walked into the adjoining room of the toddler classroom.
Staff were observed placing infants in highchairs without washing their hands for lunch.
