I have discussed with the employee submission of background checks and the employee submitting background checks understands to submit the email address of the subject. The employee's role has been changed in her background check.
The director did not use good judgment when dealing with a potential exposure to COVID, by leaving children alone in a transportation vehicle.
During an investigation it was found that the parent was not notified when children were left in the transportation vehicle alone in the center parking lot.
Employee with a volunteer background check was observed alone with children. Volunteer background check does not allow a care giver to be alone with children or counted in ratio.
