During an investigation, it was determined an infant was not being interacted with during lunch and was able to fall out of their highchair despite being buckled in. Caregivers were unable to intervene to prevent the fall.
It was determined a caregiver was forcing a child to nap by covering the child's head and patting the child harshly. The caregiver is no longer employed by the operation.
A caregiver was present with children without the operation receiving eligibility notification. This was corrected when the caregiver was removed from the classroom and no longer had access to children in care. A fingerprint appoitment is scheduled.
