A caregiver was observed placing blankets over children's heads at nap time.

Three of the five classrooms observed had food remaining on the floors and tables from lunch.

Classrooms observed had chemicals on bookshelves, hand washing sink and tables making chemicals accessible to children in care. Caregivers placed chemicals in a top shelf or storage closet making the chemicals inaccessible to children care.

A person was present at the operation without background check eligibility results. Subject was asked to leave the premises while inspector was at the operation.

Infants were observed sleeping with pacifiers connected to lanyards. Pacifiers were removed from the lanyard of the sleeping infants.

Children in care were being served snack on a bare table.

The operation failed to notify childcare regulation in the appropriate time frame of an injury to a child that required medical attention.

Two out of five staff files did not have an affidavit.

The operation did not have a current sanitation inspection.

Two infants were observed sleeping in restrictive devies. The infants were transferrred to cribs to sleep.

The most recent fire inspection is from January 22nd, 2021 and a more recent fire inspection has not been completed in the last 12 months.

One out of eight caregiver files reviewed did not have current CPR or First Aid.

One out of ten files did not have authorization to obtain emergency medical care for a child.
