This standard was evaluated during the investigation and found out of compliance. A child with a diagnosed food allergy to eggs was not supervised in compliance with minimum standards. The child ate a piece of a muffin that was made with eggs off the floor and suffered a severe allergic reaction. This was corrected at the time of the inspection when all caregivers were observed supervising the child with the diagnosed food allergy to eggs in compliance with minimum standards.
