It was determine by interviews that the infant children have not been participating in a monthly fire drill with the older children in care. This was corrected at inspection when a fire drill was conducted.

I arrived at the operation to find all the caregivers in the front room eating lunch together. There were no caregivers present at that moment in the 3 classrooms with children napping.
