Substitute assistant did not have 24 required training hours ready for review.

Numerous outdoor toys were found broken and not maintained in the outdoor space that children have access to.

At the time of inspection there were eleven children in care. Three of the children were ages 12 months to 15 months, making the ratio for one caregiver to have a total of seven children in care.

At the time of inspection one child was napping on the second level of the home. This was corrected when the child was placed on the first level of the home with the rest of the children.
