This standard was found deficient as part of a DFPS investigation. It was determined during a DFPS investigation that staff were rough when handling children. This was discussed in previous CCR inspections with the director.

This standard was found deficient as part of a DFPS investigation. It was determined that a caregiver did not use a baby bouncer per manufacturer?s instructions. Instructions state to only use for a child who is unable to walk or climb out of product. Evidence shows that the child was able to walk and was further seen to be able to knock the bouncer to the floor while sitting in it.

Evidence shows a caregiver placing a child in play equipment that was not age appropriate. Also, a 2nd child was seen idling walking around the room.
