Parents are entering the building at drop off and pick up and taking/picking up their children from the classroom without being screened prior to entry or having a legitimate need. This is currently required in the emergency rules.
A child was observed in a high chair seat without the safety strap buckled. This was corrected at the inspection, when the safety strap was buckled by the caregiver.
The emergency evacuation plans posted in the classrooms did not show two exit paths. This was corrected during the inspection.

An exit in the infant classroom was blocked by equipment such as bouncy seats and cribs during nap time. This was corrected during the inspection, when the equipment was removed by the caregiver.
